Call for proposals to organize satellite meetings:

hEART 2027 offers a natural anchor for HE, JPI, COST, MSCA, Interreg, EIT Urban Mobility, CEDR, or other consortium and agency-funded project meetings —
kick-offs, wrap-ups, or regular gatherings.
We are glad to support meetings held alongside the conference:

• meeting rooms,
• catering support,
• and recommendations for social events and dinners.

Co-locating saves your consortium a separate trip and maximizes attendance at both events.
